PageDone is a trading name of Daniel Woods. PageDone provides website design, hosting and website management services to businesses. Website brief information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. PageDone does not need to store your full payment card details when payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Communications

If you contact us, we may retain information contained in emails, contact forms, support requests, website amendment requests and other communications with PageDone.

Technical information

Payments and recurring subscriptions may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout. PageDone generally receives information such as whether a payment was successful, relevant transaction identifiers and the status of your subscription rather than your complete payment card details.

PageDone may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to help us provide our services — for example to assist with drafting website content, structuring website information, generating design suggestions, processing website briefs, assisting with customer-requested changes and improving our services. Where customer information is processed by an external AI provider, we will use appropriate providers and safeguards and limit the information provided where reasonably possible. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on customers unless we specifically tell you otherwise.

Some of the technology providers we use may process information outside the United Kingdom.
