These Terms of Service apply to websites and related services supplied by Daniel Woods, trading as PageDone ("PageDone", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

PageDone provides professionally designed one-page websites for small businesses. Our standard service consists of:

A one-off website setup fee of £199
PageDone Care — £19.99 per month
PageDone Care + Support — £39.99 per month

The monthly service includes hosting, SSL, technical maintenance and keeping the website operational. Care + Support also includes up to 60 minutes of eligible content updates per billing month.

Unless agreed separately in writing, the £199 package covers one website consisting of a single scrolling page.

2. Website setup

We will build your website using the information, branding, images and other content you provide to us.

The £199 setup fee includes one reasonable round of amendments before the website is approved for launch. Requests that substantially change the original brief, design or structure may be quoted separately.

Work is considered to have started once we begin designing or building your website. Once work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Customer content

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and that you have permission to use any logos, photographs, text, trademarks or other material you supply.

You must not ask us to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or otherwise prohibited content.

4. Content updates

PageDone Care + Support includes up to 60 minutes of content updates per billing month. This may include:

Text changes
Price changes
Opening-hour changes
Contact-detail changes
Replacing existing images
Updating existing services
Updating links
Minor changes to existing page content

Unused support time expires at the end of each billing month and does not roll over or accumulate.

The included support time does not cover major redesigns, additional pages, e-commerce, booking systems, customer portals, bespoke functionality, logo or branding work, or significant structural changes. Work outside the monthly allowance can be quoted separately.

Customers on PageDone Care (without the Support add-on) can request content changes at £35 per hour. We will confirm the cost with you before any work begins, and you are never charged automatically.

5. Payments

The £199 setup fee is taken together with your first monthly payment when you order. Your chosen monthly plan then renews automatically each month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly service at any time, subject to these terms. You own your domain and your content. The managed website is part of the monthly service — if you cancel, the hosting ends. If you'd like your site transferred or exported elsewhere, we can arrange that for a one-off handover fee.
